Friends of the Suburban Concert Band 2012-2013 General Sponsorship Program
All contributions are tax-deductible. Our band could not exist without you!
Two ways to donate:
- Donate securely online through PayPal.
- If you already have a PayPal account, you may log in. If you do not, simply hit the continue link on the left under "Don't have a PayPal account?"
- On the confirmation/review page, ensure you enter what you would like your contribution acknowledged as (typically your name, name dedicated to, and/or business) in the special instructions box. If this is left BLANK or Anonymous is NOT typed, it will be acknowledged under the billing name.
- Levels of Sponsorship:
- Benefactor ($500 or more)
- Sponsor ($499-$100)
- Sustainer ($99-$50)
- Patron ($49-$25)
- Friend ($24-$10)
- Tax Deductible ID will be displayed for you if your donation is successful.
Complete and mail this form and a check payable to "The Suburban Concert Band" (do not send cash through the mail).
